George Milton Jones

WWII. In April 1943, he was promoted to First Lieutenant after attending the Officer Training School. He was in the field artillery. At the time of his death, he had been recommended to receive a promotion to captaincy. He was killed in an airplane crash at Gainesville, TX while on duty.
